:: Ingredients for Puffed Omlette
Egg- 2
Onion (Chopped)- 1 (Small)
Garlic (Chopped)- 6 cloves
Ginger (Chopped)- 1/4 inch
Milk- 2 TSP
Green Pepper- 2
Tomato (Chopped)- 1
Coriander leaves (Chopped)- 4
strands
Black Pepper (Powdered)- 10
White oil
Salt to taste

:: How to make Puffed Omlette
1. Mix all the ingredients and beat the
mixture till it starts foaming.
2. Pour some oil in a heavy bottomed pan
and heat it.
3. Lower the flame to minimum possible
and por the mixture in the pan.
4. Cover the pan immediatly and continue
cooking in very low flame for 20 minutes.
5. On opening the cover you should find
your perfectly cooked puffed omlette.
6. Flip the omlette and cook for 3
minutes.
