| A wonderful indian recipe for healthy pancakes! |
:: Ingredients for Healthy pancakes Whole wheat flour- 1/2 cup,
Rava- 1/2 cup,
Rice flour-1/2 cup,
Nachni flour/ jawar flour-1/2
cup,
Basan/ Gram flour- 2 tbs,
Sherrded potato- 4 tbs,
Shered cabbage- 2 tbs,
Tomato-cut into fine pieces-1/2
cup,
Onion -cut into fine pieces-1/2
cup,
Pudina leaves/ mint leaves-1 tbs,
Coriander leaves- 1 tbs,
Green chillies cut into small
pieces- 1 tbs,
Ajwain-1 tsp,
Jeera powder-1 tsp,
Dhania powder- 1 tsp,
Amchur powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste.
Oil to make pancakes.
:: How to make Healthy pancakes 1. Mix together all the flours, dry powders
and veggies.
2. Add sufficient amount of water to make a
smooth free flowing batter.
3. Then heat the nonstick pan, add oil and
make pancakes on low flame.
Keep the lid closed while cooking one side
of the pancakes.then turn them over, and
cook on low flame for another 2 min.
Then the Healthy Pancakes are ready to
serve with any green chutney.
