:: Ingredients for Red Capsicum Chutney
Red Bell Pepper (Large)- 1
Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Urad Dal- 2tsp
Tomatoes - 1
Onion (small) - 1
Red chillies - 2
Salt to taste
:: How to make Red Capsicum Chutney
Cut capsicum, tomatoes, onion into small cubes. Heat 2
tablespoon of oil in a pan,
put mustard seeds, urad dal and red chillies. Wait till
the urad dal turns golden
brown and fry the three vegetables for about 5 minutes.
Put all these in a blender,
add salt and grind together. This chutney goes very well
with Idli / Dosai
