:: Ingredients for Aval Kesari
Aval - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Kesari powder-1/4 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Cardomom - 4
Cashewnuts - 2tsp

:: How to make Aval Kesari
Roast cashews and aval seperatly in ghee . Add 1/2 cup
boiling water to the rice
flake and cook until it is fully boiled. Add sugar, kesari
powder , cashews and
cardomoms to the mix. Stir in low heat until it becomes a
non sticky paste.
