:: Ingredients for Egg 2 in 1
1)4 eggs cut from the middle
2)cornflour-2tsp
3)salt,according to taste
4)azino motto-1 tsp
5)2 onions(chopped),
6)1 capscicum (chopped),
7)2 green chilli,(chopped)
8)1 tomato,chopped
9)chili sauce-4 tbsp
10)soya sauce-4 tbsp
11)tomato sauce-4 tbsp
12)black pepper-2 pinch
:: How to make Egg 2 in 1
1) boil the eggs
2) remove the shell cut the eggs into
halves
3) fry the egggs til brown keep it aside
4)in a pan give oil
5) give chopped
onion,chilli,tomato,capscicum
6) now give salt, azino motto,black peper
and saute it.
7) saute it til all the items get fried
8)now in a cup take tomato sauce,chilli
sauce,and soya sauce.
9) pour this on a pan and saute it for a
while.
10) now in a cup take 3 tsp of corn flour
pour it in the pan and saute it.til the
gravy thickens.
11) now give the boiled eggs.
12) after 5 mins it is ready
