:: Ingredients for Capcicum Masala
Green Pepper large ones 2
Chili powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
Dhania powder1/2 tsp
Coconut flakes 1 tblsp
Khus Khus (poppy seeds) 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander leaves small bunch
Tomatoes 1
Onions 2
Oil 2 tblsp
Salt to taste
:: How to make Capcicum Masala
Cut the green peppers, onion and tomatoes lengthwise. Grind
chili-powder, turmeric, dhania powder, coconut and poppy
seeds. Heat oil and add
whole spices. Add onions and saute till translucent. Add
tomatoes and fry for 2
minutes. Add green pepper and Masala. Add corriander
leaves.
Cook on low heat (should take around 15 minutes).
