Hard boiled eggs- 5
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
A pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Lime juice- 1 tablespoon
Oil- 2 tablespoons

:: How to make Hot Fried Hard Boiled Eggs
Make several deep cuts in the eggs with a sharp knife.
Heat the oil in a pan and
add all the spice powders and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the
lime juice and mix it to
make a paste. Add the eggs and coat evenly with the spice
paste. Fry for 5 more
minutes. Serve hot.
