:: Ingredients for Carrot Kosumalli
Carrot - 100g
Green chillies - 1
Grated coconut - 2 tsp
Lime - 1/2. chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Salt -to taste
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Moong dhal- 1/2 tsp
Urud dhal -1/2tsp
:: How to make Carrot Kosumalli
Grate carrot finely. Add finely chopped green chillies,
coconut salt.Splatter
mustard seeds, urud dal and moong dal and roast until
red.Add this to
carrot.Squeeze a lime,add coriander leaves and mix well.
Splatter with mustard
seeds. Serve immediately or store in refrigetator.
