:: Ingredients for Colocasia Curry
Cololasia - 1/2 kg
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves a bunch
Oil
Salt to taste
:: How to make Colocasia Curry
Boil the cololasia in a pressure cooker until it becomes
very soft. Cool and peel
them. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds.
When it splutters add urad
dal. When urad dal is roasted, add the cooked cololasia,
salt, chilli powder and fry
until they are roasted. In the end, add curry leaves and
stir.
