:: Ingredients for Dal With Spinach
Fresh Chopped spinach - 4 cups
Thoor dal - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 4 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Red chilli - 1
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Coconut oil - 1tbsp

:: How to make Dal With Spinach
Cook dhal with enough water. Once cooked add
spinach,turmeric, chilli powder
and salt. Cook till spinach is done.Blend coconut and
cumin and add to the
mixture, do not allow to boil. In a pan put oil add the
sesonings And trasfer to the
dhal.Serve with rice.
