Ginger Pieces - 1cup
Green chillies - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lime - 1
Mustard seeds - 1/ tsp
:: How to make Ginger Curry
Cut ginger into pieces of 5 cm.Cut green chillies into
fine pieces. To the ginger
pieces, add chillie pieces, and salt. Squeeze out 1 small
lime onto the mixture.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they pop, add it to
the mixture. Leave it
for about 30 min. Store in refrigerator
