:: Ingredients for Green Beans Thoran Green beans- 1 lb (cut into small pieces)
Grated coconut- 3 table spoons
Red chilies- 3
Medium sized onion- 1 (chopped)
Salt
Oil- 2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Urad dhal- 1 tsp
:: How to make Green Beans Thoran Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When it starts to
pop add urad dhal & red
chilies and fry or few minutes. Add the chopped onions and
fry until the onions
become translucent. Then add the beans and salt and mix
well. Add little water.
Cover the pan. Lower the heat and cook until the beans is
cooked. Add the grated
coconut. Stir once and remove from heat.
