:: Ingredients for Gooseberry Pachidi
gooseberry vathal - 1/2 cup
green chillie - 1 salt - 1/4 tsp
curd - 1 cup
grated coconut - 2 tsp
oil - 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
:: How to make Gooseberry Pachidi
Grind gooseberryvathal, grated coconut, chillie, salt in a
mixie and add it to the
curd. Mix well.Add splattered mustard seeds and fresh
coriander leaves.
You may add ridge gord or snake gourd to the pachidi. Chop
finely, fry slightly in
oil and add them to the pachidi.
