:: Ingredients for Snakegourd-Pachadi
Snakegourd (Podalangai) about 1 cup washed and finely
chopped
Green chillies - 2
Yogurt 2 cups
Curry leaves a few
Mustard 1/4 t.spoon
Hing a small pinch
Cooking Oil 1.5 t.spoon
Salt 1/2 t.spoon
:: How to make Snakegourd-Pachadi
Fry mustard, hing, curry leaves, and snakegourd in oil,
till
the it turns slightly brown. Now add the curry powder and
keep
stirring for a few minutes. Add yogurt, salt and mix it
well.
