:: Ingredients for Tomato Pachadi
Tomato 1 big
Green chilles chopped 2-3
Hing a small pinch
Yogurt 2 cups
Curry leaves a few
Mustard 1/4 t.spoon
Cooking Oil 1.5 t.spoon
Cilantro a small bunch finely chopped
Salt 1/2 t.spoon
:: How to make Tomato Pachadi
Submerge entire tomato in water, and boil for 10-15
minutes, till
it gets cooked. Peel the skin and mash it well and keep it
aside.
Fry mustard, hing, and curry leaves in oil, and add this
to the
mashed tomato.
Add yogurt, green chillies, salt to the mashed tomato and
mix it well.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
