:: Ingredients for Lazzat Kebab Rajma- 250 gms (Pressure cooked
and mashed)
Potato- 1 (Medium) (Pressure
cooked and mashed)
Paneer- 100 gms (Mashed)
Cornflower- Dissolved in water
Coriander Leaves- 35 gms
(Chopped)
Onion- One large (Sliced)
Ginger paste- 1 TSP
Garlic Paste- 2 TSP
Jeera (Whole)- 1 TSP
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 TSP
Chilli Powder- 1/2 TSP
Asfoetida- 1/6 TSP
Sugar- 1/4 TSP
Salt to taste
White oil
:: How to make Lazzat Kebab 1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
2. Put the onion, jeera, ginger paste,
garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli
powder, Asfoetida, salt, sugar in the oil
and fry till cooked.
3. Add the mixed mash of rajma, potato
and panner into the masala and fry with
constant mixing for 15 minutes.
4. Add the chopped coriander leaves just
2 minutes before putting off the flame.
5. Cool the entire contents to room
temperature.
6. Make flat round shaped kebabs with the
mixture.
7. Dip in cornflower and dip fry till
deep brown.
8. Serve with tomato sauce and round cut
raw onions.
