:: Ingredients for Murukku Urud Dal ˝ cup
Rice ˝ cup
Cumin seeds 1tspn
Coconut Grated ˝ cup
Pepper ˝ tspn
Salt as per taste
Oil to deep fry
:: How to make Murukku Roast Urid dal and rice till lightly browned.
Grind the roasted dal and rice to get a fine powder
Grind coconut cumin seeds and pepper to get a fine paste.
Mix all the ingredients together adding a little water if
required.
Make into rounds or any preferred shape (you can use a
murukku maker).
Heat oil and deep fry murukku’s
It can be stored in an air-tight container after cooled.
