A decadent indian recipe for mysore bonda!

:: Ingredients for Mysore Bonda
Urad dhal- 1 cup
Thoor dhal- 1 tablespoon
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste- 3/4 tsp
Finely chopped green chilies- 10
Shredded coconut- 2 tablespoon
Salt
Oil

:: How to make Mysore Bonda
Soak urad and thoor dhal in water for 4 hrs. Drain well,
add salt and grind the
dhals to a smooth paste with very little water. Mix all
other ingredients to the dhal
paste and make lemon sized balls and deep fry this in hot
oil until golden brown.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
