:: Ingredients for Vegetable Low Mein
Noodles 1 packet
Garlic 3 cloves
Carrot ½ cup
Capcicum & french beans ½ cup
Snow pea 1 cup
Onion 1
Olive oil 2 tbsn
Salt and pepper as per taste
:: How to make Vegetable Low Mein
Boil 3 cups of water and put noodles in it. Cook for 3
minutes and drain. Keep
aside.
Slice onion and mince garlic, keep aside. Cut carrots and
other vegetables into
1inch pieces. String snow peas. Steam cook carrot, snow
peas and other
vegetables for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and fry till browned. Add
onion and fry for 5
minutes. Add all other vegetables and noodle seasoning and
stir fry for 2
minutes.
Finally add noodles, mix well and heat through. Serve hot.
